I’m beyond excited and honored to be part of the 2026 Pedal the Pacific team, riding 1,700 miles from Seattle to San Diego to raise awareness about domestic sex trafficking. This isn’t just a bike ride for me—it’s a chance to use my voice, my time, and my energy to stand up for people whose voices aren’t always heard. Over the next several months, I’ll be training, pushing my limits, and learning what it truly means to be an advocate and a leader. Every mile I ride is a step toward creating awareness and sparking conversations that matter. I can’t do this alone. Hi! I’m Sofia, and I’m riding 1,700 miles for Pedal the Pacific 2026! A little about me: I’m a coffee lover through and through—I will happily drive an extra 30 minutes just for a really good cup of coffee. I’m all about community, spending time with friends, and loving others. But I also love curling up with a good book or feeling a little like a grandma with a warm cup of tea at night. 

But don’t let that fool you—I’m also adventurous and love trying new things. Whether it’s exploring a new hobby, diving into a creative project, or stepping far outside my comfort zone, I’m always looking for ways to grow. This ride will challenge me in ways I’ve never experienced, physically, mentally, and emotionally—but I’m ready because this is about more than just the miles. I want to use my energy, my time, and my voice to advocate for a cause that is deeply meaningful to me, and to stand for people whose voices aren’t always heard.
